MEET CHICKA BOOM

Sugar and spice and all that is nice, that’s what Chicka Boom is made of (throw in some silliness too)!  At 2 ½ years old, this goofy gal spends her days snuggling on her futon with staff and volunteers and taking leisurely walks on the farm.  Chicka Boom walks nicely on leash, enjoys her strolls with other dogs, and appreciates a treat (or three) from her person during these social outings, as a reward for being so polite! She is a total pro when it comes to crate training and has mastered her basic obedience skills, recently graduating from the APDT's C.L.A.S.S. training program. Chick was the perfect combination of zoomies, long naps, and sweet cuddles. Plus, she makes the funniest piggy sounds when she's rolling in the covers! Chick snuggled up with me while I read a book and slept by my side each night - it was heaven."
